Alright

Not a bad little thing, you've done some really cool fake 3D effects in there I noticed - good stuff! It's a bit slow but then it's meant to be. I dunno if that dude (what is it, nat king cole?) should be in the form of a muffin particularly, but a nice effort none the less heh.

Excellent

I'm giving it a 4. It's a pity you didn't even just wrap it up really halfassed, it was very good. The Zerglings were amazing!

Suprisingly good

Well done with this. Some of the animation is a bit rough, I think you're thinking too rigidly if you get me - everything is either facing sideways, backward or forward - there's just no angle anywhere. Your marines firing from higher ground was excellent, and the firebats were great too (great SFX those ones). The ending was brutal, and I mean brutal. In the bad way, it just cuts - just because it's to be continued doesn't mean it can't have a vague kind of closing or something.

It's much better than your earlier efforts, good work! Keep it coming. Your zerg characters are nicely done, I've worked with them myself and they're a real pain to do so I can apprechiate what you've done getting them realistic and not comical looking.

How can you animate that

I wouldn't be able to show my face, producing something like that. Luckily for you most Newgrounds people are teenage boys without a shred of decency so it fits right in here. The animation is good, but the plot isn't really my bag of chips. What you might like to try is constructing a real plot that actually has a point, rather than making up something to fit around your funny song you discovered, then for popularity making it excessively sexually violent. At least you had the decency to not have her alive being raped, but I suspect that was due to laziness not any kind of class.

Average

Nothing happens. The dog is clearly a Brian copy, yet Brian doesn't swear much and swearing isn't that funny anyway. Other than the general dislike of the plot which I have, the echo in the voices is irritating and pointless. It needs development

Hmm

Well this isn't your best work, you'll always have Salad hanging over your head so I'll say something different - do another burnt face man, that's one of my favourite movies on here. Sure you're good at screwed up, but the humour was much more .. amusing, obviously!

Trying to be unbiased with this movie, it's slow moving and the graphics are pretty average - there's absolutely no clue what's going on. Furthermore there's no shading, the guy has no feet - it gives off a halfassed feel. Once people know you're capable of a standard of graphic quality, less isn't going to succeed. (well, this one will purely on your popularity.) It did absolutely nothing for me, and if some other animator had created it I would just give it a 2 and be done with it. It's alright - but it's like track 10 on a music album - filler with no real merit of it's own.

Cool

I really liked the start of the movie, I was thinking 'I'll give this a 5' - but once he was underwater it became a choice between 3 and 4. It started really cool, the background track was cool the world is unique - but then it just went down the same old sorta 'animator must be stoned' chop persons jaw make a discoball come out of their mouth nothing. The start was great though! Cool little character.

Halarious!

Excellent work, I was reading through reviews while it loaded and was expecting real excrement, but this is actually funny as! I'm fresh from blamming a movie involving Salad Fingers dropping one on your grave, so I thought I'd take a look. I just like your sense of humour for doing this, knowing full well the numbers of mindless pop supporters there are on NG for Salad Fingers. Firth's probably big enough to take a bit of light humour against Salad Fingers, it comes with popularity and it's not defeating what it's about at all. This is very amusing, I loved your gun echo, and the credit music together with dog on head pissing was just ... crowning moment of amusement. It's so childish, overdone and thus one of the best laughs I've had on NG in a while! Keep it up, don't be shaped by reviews like the rest of us are!

On a technical note, optimise your audio. 2 meg is way too big for this file, and poor guys like me on dialup suffer under crap optimisation!

It's alright

Well the plot is alright, but the delivery of the 'twist' was not well executed at all, and then he's all 'well, I'll be damned'. You needed some emotion in it as well, is what I'm trying to get at. The action was a bit sloppy in places and too quick so you have no idea what's going on, and cool little moves he does are not noticed because they take place in 1 frame. As through this whole series you have good ideas and good work. I'd just slow the action down, put a little more effort into the realism aspect (like the flare from the minigun, looked like pacman) and good luck for future movies.

Breath of fresh ass

A very nice effort, I know how long frame by frame can take. She doesn't get warped either which is cool. You have good imagery, your ideas are excellent. A bit more detail in the pictures, a higher framerate and a smoother ride all round (yea, I know it takes forever to animate 18fps rather than 12 but it's worth it in the end) and you'll be kicking some ass in no time flat.

Also use a preloader that doesn't automatically start when it's loaded, I missed a bit of the start. The music fit well, the length was fine.

What I really like is the originality! Keep it up, hope to see more from you on here soon!

Astropuff responds:

I think your the first one to notice I used 8 fps. I set a handicap for myself when I started this flash :P

I got the preloader off a tutorial in newgrounds, but thanks for telling me about that. I'll go find a new tutorial that involves pressing a play button after it loads.

I'm not putting my lips on that.
